• The payment amount will be paid to you in the form of an Amazon voucher and there is no cash alternative.
  • For Choozi to consider the cheaper policy to be the same, it must be identical in every respect to the policy you purchased through Choozi (including company, policy type and level of cover).
  • To be eligible for the Choozi Price Promise, you must have paid one premium towards your policy purchased through Choozi.
  • In order to compare the cheaper policy to the policy purchased through Choozi, you must, within 30 days of purchasing your policy, send us proof of the quote on headed paper or equivalent (e.g. printout of the webpage at the final payment stage), with the policy description, price, policy terms and conditions, and the date of quote clearly shown. You can email the details to help@choozi.com, or post to PO Box 4555, Slough, SL1 0TT.
  • Within 14 business days of receiving the information about the cheaper quote from you, we will advise you in writing of your eligibility to claim the Price Promise payment. If needed, we may request further information to assess your claim. Choozi retain the rights to make the final decision on whether to approve or decline a claim.
  • If your Price Promise claim is successful, the amount we pay will be the difference between the annual premium of the policy purchased via Choozi and the annual premium of the cheaper policy.
  • The amount we pay will be equivalent to the difference in premium for the first year only.  
  • The Choozi Price Promise only applies to the policy premium and does not include other gifts, offers, promotions or incentives provided in conjunction with the policy.
  • Only one Price Promise claim can be made per policy purchased through Choozi.
  • The Choozi Price Promise does not apply to policies that are referred to an underwriter before the purchase is made.
  • We may withdraw the Choozi Price Promise at any time.
