Welcome to the Choozi Website. Please review the following terms and conditions of use which govern your use of the Website (the "Agreement").

Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Agreement whenever you use our Website. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

Order Status and Tracking

Order Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail notification after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address. This e-mail will arrive within 24 hours and confirms that we received your order.

Order Tracking

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account from our Website. Click on the "My Account" link.

Change in Your Order Status

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will notify you by e-mail immediately. Sometimes if an item is out of stock and we do not expect it to come back in stock, we will cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes or shipping charges.

Return Policy

We are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Choozi will accept merchandise returns within 90 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund for the return. Pending inspection, we will issue credit or refund for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable; except in the case of an item that is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.

To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the Return Form enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail it to the address provided on the form. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or refund your purchase. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Important: Made-to-order merchandise and special order merchandise cannot be returned and must be paid for in full upon ordering. Allow 8 – 10 weeks for delivery times for these items, unless otherwise specified.

All orders for sale items are final.

Damaged Shipments

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely after it leaves Choozi. Upon receipt, please check your shipment thoroughly for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please call Customer Service at 877-488-1144. We will replace damaged items in an expedient manner.

Non-Delivered Orders

In the event an order is lost by the carrier during transit, we will gladly replace the order and re-ship it to you at no additional cost. However, if the delivery confirmation/tracking shows delivery was made to your address, we will not accept responsibility for the lost order.

Product Availability and Backorders

We strive to have products in stock and ready to ship when you order; however, our products are handmade and imported and therefore may take longer to arrive. Product descriptions will state if there is a longer delivery time for the item. During checkout, we provide you with the inventory status of every product. If an item is unavailable, please contact us to place a backorder.

Payment Options and Security

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks, cash, or money orders.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Website, your information is protected both online and offline. When we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

Placing an Order by Phone

If you prefer not to order online, you may call us with your information at 1-877-488-1144.

When You Are Charged

As soon as you submit your order via the Website, our payment gateway processes the transaction and charges your credit card. Note that our system only accepts debit cards that do not require a special PIN for transaction verification.

Changes and Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-877-488-1144 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request; however, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Promotion Codes and How to Use Them

Occasionally when you receive a special offer from us, you will also receive a promotional code to use. This code lets us know that the special offer should be applied to your order. To apply the offer discount to your order, enter the promotional code into the specified area during the checkout process. Please see the legal details for the promotional code you are using for any specific limitations.

Standard Shipping (Fedex or USPS Priority Mail)

We base shipping charges on shipping weight, shipping distance and delivery time.  We process orders once we have obtained credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive in 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the contiguous United States, and 7 to 10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. For shipments to Canada, recipient is responsible for all import/custom duty charges.

Express Shipping (Fedex Express OR USPS)

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 P.M. Mountain Time will arrive within 2 to 3 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 12:00 P.M. Mountain Time, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 to 4 business days.

Orders placed with Express Shipping to rural routes and remote locations typically arrive within 5 to 6 business days.

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or Canada.

Overnight Shipping (Fedex Express)

Orders placed with Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 P.M. Mountain Time will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday after 12:00 P.M. Mountain Time, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

Next Business Day Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, Canada, and certain remote locations.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our Website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

The material included herein, including without limitation all content, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, site design, logos, icons, images, audio or video clips, code, scripts and software (collectively, the "Materials"), is the property of Choozi LLC and/or its content suppliers and is protected by the trademark, copyright and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other countries. The selection, arrangement, and compilation of all of the foregoing in the manner depicted are also the property of Choozi LLC and are protected by said laws. ALL RIGHTS ARE EXPRESSLY RESERVED. No right, title or interest in and to the Materials is conveyed or granted to you. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, disseminate, distribute, display, post, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license or otherwise use or exploit in any way whatsoever any Materials or other content from this Website without the prior written consent of Choozi LLC. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, you agree not to use the Website or any Materials for any commercial or competitive purposes or for any other purposes which may be harmful or detrimental to Choozi LLC or its business.

Website Transactions

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website and the materials, content and products provided herein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Choozi makes no representations or warranties of any kind or nature whatsoever, either express or implied, as to the operation of this Website or the content, materials, products and services provided herein.

Disclaimer of Liability

In no event shall Choozi LLC or any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, or representatives be in any way liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any other damages whatsoever, arising from or relating to the use of or inability to use this Website or the content, materials and functions thereof, or of any linked Website, or otherwise relating hereto, regardless of whether the same are foreseeable or if Choozi LLC was advised of the possibility of such damages.
